This speciality course counts towards achieving the Master Scuba Diver rating.   • Are you fit to dive? Please take a look at this PADI MEDICAL FORM and check you can answer ‘NO’ to all the medical questions.  If you say ‘YES’ to any of these, it may mean you have to see a doctor to sign you off fit to dive before diving.  If you read it and answer ‘No’ to all, then you are good to start scuba diving.
  • Flying After Scuba Diving: For safety you must plan to leave a minimum of 18 hrs after scuba diving before going to altitude.
